Ready to grow your reputation, improve your client experience, and stay ahead of the competition?

Australia’s most experienced veterinary consultants (APL Accountants) agree and recommend Profitdiagnostix reviews:

“We often see veterinary practices try various methods to get Google reviews and customer feedback by themselves and most seem to have little on going success. Their teams seldom manage to consistently continue doing this for more than a few weeks because they have so much else to do. Therefore using an automated system to do this for you will give better consistency. Furthermore, we often see veterinary practices engage expensive marketing consultants for as much as $10,000 yearly in an attempt to achieve this. Often these consultants make grandiose claims that they will get hundreds of reviews – we have never seen this happen. Profitdiagnostix is the only product where we have seen quantifiable results and a good return on cost.”

A case study

A 2.5 full time vet practice in Tasmania opted to use the Profitdiagnostix Review service which sent out about 200 review requests per month. This was implemented with the business owner only having to reply to 2 emails from the Profitdiagnostix team to get it set up – the rest was all done for them.

Before starting they had very few Google reviews and had not had a new review on Google for over 1 year!

Their Google star rating was 4.5 which was in line with the average for practices in that area. But with no recent reviews in place this was affecting their Google search performance.

After sending out review requests for 3 months they now consistently receive new five star reviews on Google each month increasing their Google Star Rating to 4.7 – above the average for their competitors.

They also receive about 110 feedback comments about their customer service which they then use to improve service quality and identify pain points for pet owners.

The responses from clients are shared with their vets (optional) which they have said has a positive effect on team morale because most or the comments are positive and the negative ones are actionable.

The cost of this was $341 per month. If they were to outsource this process to a marketing company the cost would have been approximately $10,000 for a year.

A word about Google reviews

Whilst getting 30-40 new reviews a year on Google may sound underwhelming, for many small practices, it is not unusual to only see only 3-4 a year if they are not proactively asking for them. In the case above, the improvement was a 10X increase in Google reviews. And better yet, one of the best ways to improve your ranking on Google search is to get frequent, up to date reviews. In a year this will accrue to 40+ new reviews and will most certainly get people on the internet noticing you more.

We don’t make empty promises at Profitdiagnostix. And rest assured, there is nobody else out there offering this review service – our affiliated consultants at APL Accountants work hands on with hundreds of practices, and to date Profitdiagnostix is the only review service that does not deliver an expensive, empty promise.
