Profitdiagnostix Review is a powerful and fully automated internal and external review platform that asks customers to review your team and then funnels reviews to the external platform of your choice eg. Google reviews. It will increase your Google reviews.

The system runs completely automatically and offers full customization. When clients visit your practice for a consultation, vaccination, or follow-up, Profitdiagnostix sends them a review request within 24 hours. If they’ve already received a review request in the past six months, the system skips sending another. You can fully customize the wording in each request.

Once a customer completes the review, the system logs it in your reporting dashboard. This allows you to track long-term trends in perceived service quality—whether it’s improving or declining. You can also view results by team member, since the system identifies which staff member interacted with the client.

By default, the system stores all reviews for internal reporting. However, you can customize the process so that if a customer leaves a positive review, they immediately receive a follow-up message asking them to share it on your social media, complete with a link.

Is the message to the customer customisable?

Yes, it is completely customisable. Below is an example. You can also include the pets name if you wish.

What does the customer see when they are completing a review and is that customisable?

The text above the 5 stars is customisable.
However for the rest, we always apply a 1-5 star review, allow the customer to be anonymous and allow for a short comment by the customer. This is not customisable because we know that making the review process any more complex will result in exponentially fewer reviews.

What happens after a review is completed?

After the customer completes a review, we encourage them to post the same feedback on Google or any other social media platform you choose. This increases your 5 star google reviews by 2-3X. Once again, this screen is completely customisable allowing you to have different prompts and workflows so that you can manage happy and unhappy customers in different ways and deal with complaints more efficiently.

Are reviews stored and does this allow for quality control in our practice?

Profitdiagnostix is all about reporting and monitoring business performance. So every single review that is completed by a customer is not only stored, it is also attached to the team members who saw the customer! This allows you to monitor if there are differences in scores for different people and also allows you to monitor trends on how your customers are feeling about your business.

Can you help us identify customer pain points and common complaints?

Absolutely. We encourage customers not only to give a 1-5 star review, but also to give feedback and comments on the service. We then run AI over all the customer comments and categorise them into relevant categories. Furthermore we then compare your business to all our data and this allows us to identify if your business has a higher than average number of complaints of a particulr type, for example high costs.

What about comparing the general satisfaction of our clients with industry standards?

We do this also! We can work out your net promoter score (happy customers minus unhappy customers) and then compare it to the average of all our data. This will let you know if customers are happier than normal at your practice.
